HOW LONG IS THE BESPOKE PROCESS?

The bespoke process can take less than 1 week or up to 3 weeks of back and forth communication.

I REALLY LIKE THIS, CAN YOU REPLICATE IT?

We avoid replicating other florists' works out of respect for another's craft and also for us to be able to express out creative freedom and style. For our past works, we will be able to work within the same palette and theme with the seasonality of flowers, the outcome will still vary with the individuality of all blooms.

CAN DO YOU A MOCK UP?

Mock-ups are chargeable at the same rate as the actual bouquet and is subjected to our team's availability.

CAN I CHOOSE MY FLOWERS?

Only to a certain extent. Do let us know which blooms you hope to include or exclude in your bouquet. We hope you trust our expertise to put together something that is cohesive visually for you.

WHAT GOES INTO THE RATES I'M PAYING?

Ongoing enquiry process: Labour and time is required to research, communicate, plan and design your wedding florals.
Preparations: Depending on the theme, prep work involves sourcing for hardware, planning, ordering, processing and conditioning the flowers for your wedding.

THERE'S ONLY A FEW STALKS OF THESE, WHY IS IT SO EXPENSIVE?

We purchase our flowers by the bundle wholesale which means we select the best stalks for your bouquet and the rest will go to waste. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure the flowers we receive are of good quality, however the reality is that not all stalks in the bunch will be good!

FLOWER CARE

Upon receiving you flowers, place them in a cold air conditioned room, or a cool location - do not refrigerate. The ideal temperature for flowers is 10-14 degrees; the fridge will be too cold and may damage the flowers.

BRIDAL BOUQUET

Fill the glass vase with a little bit of water (approx. 5 cm). Remove all packaging material for the bouquet (except the bouquet ribbon) and place the bouquet in the vase, making sure that the ribbon does not touch the water. On your wedding day, prepare a dry towel/tissue to wipe the stems dry before use to prevent staining your outfit. When not in use, place the bouquet back into the vase of water so that the stems can take up fresh water. This will help the flowers last longer.

GROOM'S BOUTONNIERE, WRIST CORSAGES, FLORAL CROWN

The boutonnieres will be packed in boxes. Please open up the boxes as soon as you can to air the flowers. The stems of each boutonniere will be wrapped with damp cotton to keep the stalks hydrated. Remove the plastic and cotton before using.

CAR FLOWERS

Car flowers will be installed at our location. After flowers are installed, drive the vehicle at a slow speed about 60km/h. Ensure vehicle is parked at a sheltered location away from direct sunlight.
